TabTrade Broker Review - A Look at This New CFD Broker

The Broker - What It Is

TabTrade.com opened in March 2026. Online broker based in Saint Lucia, licensed through the FSRA. The guy behind it is Benjamin Boulter. Previously, he was on the executive team at BlackBull Markets, an FMA-regulated broker.

That last detail is relevant. It suggests the founder is not figuring it out from scratch. Does not guarantee anything. But better than a founder with no industry background.

They launched with Equinix LD4/LD5 connectivity. Same infrastructure institutional desks use. The typical new launch leads with marketing and bonuses. Tab Trade went the other way. Interesting choice.

What you can trade: FX, stock indices, gold, silver, commodities, shares, crypto, exchange-traded funds. 1,000+. For a platform that launched in March 2026, the breadth is solid.

What You Trade On

You get: MetaTrader 5, cTrader, and a WebTrader. Both platforms from the same login. Most brokers only give you one or the other. Getting both makes a difference. Pick what suits your style.

MetaTrader 5 is the industry standard. Full charting, automated trading, massive community. If you know a MetaQuotes platform before, there are no surprises.

cTrader by Spotware is the alternative. Better DOM. Faster charting. Native automated trading. A lot of traders prefer it after using both.

Direct FIX connectivity is there for algo traders but requires the VIP account ($25,000 to open). TradingView charting is apparently on the roadmap. That should be a good addition when it lands.

Accounts and Pricing

Three account types: Standard, Edge, VIP.

Standard. 1.0 pip spreads. Commission-free. Straightforward. $0 to start. Works for anyone who does not want to think about commission.

Edge account. Interbank-style spreads from 0.0 pips on average. Flat commission of $3.50 each way. Total cost: raw spread plus $7 per full lot. On EUR/USD, the raw spread is often below 0.2 pips. Meaning your all-in cost sometimes sits below 0.5 pips. That is cheap for a broker with $0 to start. Most platforms that offer pricing like this want $500 or more to open. TabTrade does not.

VIP. $25,000 minimum. FIX API, sub-20ms execution, custom pricing. Not for most retail traders. Ignore this one unless you run serious volume.

Execution Speed

This is the thing this broker stands apart. Equinix servers in London. Execution below 30 milliseconds on Edge. Below 20ms on VIP. That is not marketing fluff. The average platform run 100ms to 300ms.

Does it matter? If you scalp, it does. The difference between fast execution and sluggish execution is catching the move or missing it. If you swing trade, you probably will not feel it. What matters is the setup is serious. That says something about priorities.

Put together those fill times with the Edge account pricing and the overall offering makes sense. Few brokers at this price point run Equinix connectivity.

Regulation

Now, the thing you need to be straight about. The broker is licensed by the FSRA in Saint Lucia. That is outside tier-1 jurisdiction. No FCA. No fund protection scheme. If that makes you uncomfortable, this broker is not for you. There are tier-1 alternatives out there.

But. Benjamin Boulter built his career at BlackBull Markets, an FMA-regulated broker. The execution setup costs real money. Dodgy operations do not bother with Equinix connectivity. None of this guarantee anything. It does be part of your assessment.

The trade-off: no FCA or ASIC safety net. What you get instead: high leverage, cheap spreads, $0 to start, fast fills. Whether this deal makes sense is your call.

Deposit Bonus

Tab Trade runs a welcome bonus of up to $2,000. Typical welcome offer. You put money in, the broker add bonus funds. Standard terms apply: trading volume requirements before you can withdraw the bonus. Review the fine print before funding.
